Booking, Cancellation, No-Show, Refund & Correction Policy Art Nails Effective date: 1 April 2026 By booking an appointment with Art Nails, you agree to the following policy. 1. Booking Appointments Appointments may be requested or confirmed through third-party booking platforms such as Salonkee or by direct contact where applicable. A booking is considered confirmed once it has been accepted and scheduled. 2. Payment Payment for services is due on the day of the appointment, immediately after the service has been provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Art Nails does not currently require advance payment or deposit for standard bookings. 3. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are kindly requested to do so as early as possible. To avoid inconvenience and loss of reserved time, clients are expected to provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be considered a late cancellation. 4. No-Show Policy If a client does not attend the appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings or a request for advance confirmation before accepting future appointments. 5. Late Arrival Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time. If a client arrives late, Art Nails reserves the right to: shorten the treatment time if necessary; modify the service where possible; or cancel the appointment if the delay significantly affects the schedule.
